MiO Changes Everything. You’ve heard it. Did you know they change EVERYTHING? Check out this Canadian spot that changes not only characters, but some great details as well. A list that we were able to find include:(listed as they appear in their original form) the desktop, file trays, plant, phone, coworkers, calendar, lamp, and the big office clock.

For the sweet production and the amazing attention to detail, Propaganda3 would like to send the team at MiO Canada, a Virtual Pint for our favorite use of the interweb this week.

CNBC just tweeted that the Facebook IPO Range is Final at $45. Now the insanity can begin. Are you in? Will the offering create 1,000 millionaires? One thing Propaganda3 is sure of, Business Insider’s Flowchart: How To Tell if A Facebook Employee is About to Be A Millionaire, is fun stuff.

thanks for the image

This really creative ad for Flying Horse Energy Drink explores the possibility of a perpetual energy machine by combining two items that always end up on the opposite side of the coin after experiencing the same situation. The result is a slice of funny unparallelled in the very competitive space of energy drink advertising. Props to everyone at vibeFlyingHorse for this sip of madness.

Welcome to the first installment of Propaganda3′s, Election Site Rumble. A review of the sites behind the candidates in the hottest elections. We’re not looking at the politics, personalities, or views of the candidates, just the mostly terrible digital offerings that they believe will assist in their elevation to Washington insider. First up, the Alabama 2nd Congressional district, which pits incumbent Bobby Bright against Martha Roby.

We’ll begin with incumbent, Bobby Bright. We’re going out on a thin limb and guessing that Mr. Bright’s budget line for this web gem equalled what the high school son of a neighbor charged. Really just a list of sponsored links, it provides no image, issues stances, or information about the candidate at all. Perchance this is a subtle example of,’ lean government’. This would be a tremendous site for plumber recommendations.

Next, the opponent, Martha Roby. First impressions include, that’s a titanic image of you, you’re into facebook, and you need money. Nice job on the newsfeed at the bottom, but how about an update? If you’re running for office, you may want to keep the feed more current. Eleven months old hints that you aren’t doing squat or don’t follow-up.

In summary, both candidates need some professional help on the digital component of their candidacy. It’s 2012 folks, digital matters, or are you not-so-subtly suggesting that your constituents don’t interweb?

thanks for the sweet image

Propaganda3′s own Kurt Klein had a racing dream come true the weekend of May 5th, when he and his Suzuki GSXR 600 raced the historic,Road America track at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The four mile, fourteen turn course, built in 1955 was something Kurt had dreamed of pushing his machine through for years. He made the most of it. Saturday saw Kurt twist his way to two victories at speeds reaching 165 mph. Sunday turned rainy and cold the wet conditions held him to 2 fourth places finishes and one victory.

Join Propaganda3 in shouting,’Hell yeah,’ to our teammate for Klein Racing‘s great start. Go Kurt.

Just when I thought I’d seen everything…..along comes Borjomi. Borjomi is a Bottled Water company from the country of Georgia who gets its water from a source 8km below the surface. To highlight this amazing fact, Ogilvy Ukraine developed, the deepest site, that allows visitors to scroll down to that water. Forever. For kicks, I asked an intern to do some dedicated scrolling. After 30 minutes, he had reached 525 meters(that’s a little over 1/16th of the way there), and informed me that the pain in his hand was forcing him to stop digging.

Props to the folks at Ogilvy for getting my attention but not keeping it. Good luck on the pursuit of an FWA SOTD.

Huge props to Joe Fenton for this mural, The Lullaby. Thanks also for making the wonderful point that any project worth its salt, takes time to accomplish correctly. In the times of NOW, it’s good to remember that two months isn’t that long when the product is this breathtaking.

A cool and well done music vid of Fun’s song, We Are Young, centered around a master video divided up into 4 individual iPhone screens which are moved by hand to add a dynamic flare. MysterGuitarMan explains how it was done and provides a glimpse of why it took 238 takes to nail it down.

Propaganda3 can think of no better way to usher in your weekend than this. Cyriak is an animator in dire need of scanning. Put this in your work-sodden head, finish up the critical stuff, and claim what is left of your week.

Props to Cyriak for this imaginative work.  Thanks also Carson for letting us know this slice of weird existed.
